Adequate and well-controlled human studies have shown low or no risk.
Biocetamol Syrup is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Biocetamol Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Biocetamol Syrup should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Biocetamol Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, Biocetamol Syrup contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
