Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Nimesulide+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Use of Bepamol N 50 mg/125 mg Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
