Lemolate 325mg/32mg/10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using this medicine may cause nausea, vomiting, restlessness, and increased heart rate. Avoid Lemolate 325mg/32mg/10mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
Lemolate 325mg/32mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Caffeine and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Caffeine increases the effectiveness of paracetamol. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Antidepressant drugs, called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), can include phenelzine and isocarboxazid or tricyclic antidepressants like imipramine and amitriptyline.
