Vomifresh 30 mg Syrup is a prokinetic. It works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Vomifresh 30 mg Syrup is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Vomifresh 30 mg Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Vomifresh 30 mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vomifresh 30 mg Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
