Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Pacimol XP Tablet DT is to be taken with food.

Pacimol XP Tablet DT is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
