Sparacid Syrup forms a coating over the ulcer or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the ulcer/raw surface from the gastric acid or any other injury, allowing it to heal.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Sparacid Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Sparacid Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Sparacid Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sparacid Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
