How to use Topcid 40 Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Topcid 40 Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Medicine Works

Topcid 40 Tablet is a H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

Related Warnings

Taking a large amount of alcohol can increase acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe causing heartburn. This would decrease the effect of this drug and can aggravate your underlying condition.

Topcid 40 Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
