Dydroboon Tablet will be prescribed to you depending on the condition you are being treated for. Do not self-medicate. The dose and duration of the treatment will be decided by your doctor after some investigations like blood tests, ultrasonography, etc. Always take the medicine at the same time every day to avoid missing a dose. Swallow it whole, without breaking or chewing, preferably with a glass of water. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor to get the most benefits.However, Dydroboon Tablet has some side effects like headache, nausea, vaginal bleeding, and breast pain. It may also cause bleeding or spotting in between menstrual periods. Do not worry or panic. Ask your doctor about how to deal with these and what you can do to prevent them. If they still do not get better or worsen, consult your doctor on a further course of action.You should always discuss any previous medical history like diabetes, depression, heart or liver disease, with the doctor before starting treatment with Dydroboon Tablet. Also, if you have been taking any other medicines regularly, make sure to notify your doctor about them too. This is because certain medicines may interfere with the working of Dydroboon Tablet or make it less effective. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dydroboon Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Dydroboon Tablet works by imitating the activities of the natural hormone progesterone, which helps to alleviate the symptoms of hormonal imbalances. It helps in female infertility by preparing the lining of the uterus for pregnancy. It regulates the menstrual cycle and prevents repeated miscarriages. Therefore, this drug can increase the chances of pregnancy in females who have had a history of multiple abortions. It also relieves menstrual pain and cramps. Dydroboon Tablet prevents the growth of the endometrial tissues and relieves the symptoms of endometriosis including pain in the lower back and stomach, pain during sexual intercourse, constipation, diarrhea, and difficulty in conception.

Dydroboon Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Dydroboon Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Dydroboon Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
There is limited information available on the use of Dydroboon Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Dydroboon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dydroboon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Dydroboon Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Take the medicine exactly as directed by your doctor. The dose and duration of treatment depends on why you are being prescribed Dydroboon Tablet and your response to the treatment. You may take it with or without food, preferably at the same time of each day.
Dydroboon Tablet is used to relieve the symptoms of endometriosis (a problem caused by growth of the womb lining outside the womb) and treat infertility due to low levels of progesterone. It also relieves painful periods, controls irregular periods (that come at the wrong time or not at all) and resolves the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Additionally, it restarts periods that have stopped before the menopause (amenorrhoea) and also helps to stop or prevent unusually heavy or long periods (often due to the start of the menopause).
Dydroboon Tablet may cause an increased risk of hypospadias which is a birth defect of the penis involving the urinary opening. This occurs in children whose mothers have taken certain progestogens. However, the chance of developing this increased risk is not yet certain. So far, there is no evidence that taking Dydroboon Tablet during pregnancy is harmful. Discuss with your doctor the risks and benefits of taking Dydroboon Tablet during pregnancy.
Dydroboon Tablet is a man-made version of progesterone, the natural female sex hormone. It is used in conditions when your body does not produce enough progesterone.
Dydroboon Tablet is used to prevent habitual abortion (miscarriage) and possible cases of abortion that may be occurring due to lack of the hormone progesterone. If the reason behind the miscarriage is due to this deficiency, Dydroboon Tablet can definitely prevent a miscarriage. However, Dydroboon Tablet should never be taken without consulting a doctor. It is advised that you should follow the instructions of your doctor carefully to make sure it works best for you.
You should not take Dydroboon Tablet if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to it, have a tumor that is made worse by progestins (such as meningioma) or if you have irregular or unusually heavy periods with an unknown cause.
If you forget to take today’s tablet and it is less than 12 hours late, take it as soon as you remember. Continue taking the next scheduled tablet at the normal time. But, if it is more than 12 hours since you should have taken your tablet, miss this tablet out and continue the medication as prescribed. Remember not to take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Missing a tablet may cause irregular bleeding or spotting.
Dydroboon Tablet may cause breast pain as a side effect. However, a thorough breast examination is recommended before starting treatment with Dydroboon Tablet. Also, if you notice any breast related changes, like, any lumps, change in fullness, breast heaviness, etc., talk to your doctor about it.
