ONV 4 mg Injection is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

ONV 4 mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of ONV 4 mg Injection is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Limited information is available in patients taking this medicine for more than one day.
