This medicine increases your risk of bleeding, so it is important to be careful while shaving, cutting nails, and using sharp objects. Let your doctor know if you notice muscle symptoms (pain or weakness), yellowing of the skin, and dark urine. Usually, it is advisable to avoid alcohol intake while taking this medicine.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver or kidney disease. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. On the other hand, Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine that blocks an enzyme which makes cholesterol in the body. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL).
Yes, the use of Lipikind-Plus Capsule can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
Yes, the use of Lipikind-Plus Capsule can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to a doctor.
