Doxedep 75 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of depression and insomnia. It is used in patients intolerant of or unresponsive to alternative treatment options for depression.

Doxedep 75 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
The baby should be monitored carefully for excessive sleepiness, and adequate weight gain.
Doxedep 75 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Doxedep 75 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Doxedep 75 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Doxedep 75 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Doxedep 75 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
