If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Anacin Multipain 400 mg/40 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aspirin and Caffeine which relieve headache. Aspirin works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce headache.
