Lupila-D Capsule is a combination of two medicines. It is to be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. A high dose or overdose may have harmful effects on the body. This medicine is generally well tolerated by patients. Some of the common side effects of this medicine are stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, and headache. Before taking the medicine always consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding. Let your doctor also know if you are suffering from any severe stomach, liver, kidney disease, or any known disease.

Lupila-D Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Ilaprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Ilaprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Lupila-D Capsule should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Lupila-D Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Lupila-D Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lupila-D Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Use of Lupila-D Capsule is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
