Gabapin ME 100 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells.
