Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nucoxia P Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset
Nucoxia P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

Taking Etoricoxib+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Nucoxia P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
No information is available on the use of Nucoxia P Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Nucoxia P Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Nucoxia P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nucoxia P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Nucoxia P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Nucoxia P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nucoxia P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Nucoxia P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
