Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Preganza 50 mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Preganza 50 mg Capsule is an antiepileptic medication. It decreases pain and seizures by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

Preganza 50 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Preganza 50 mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Preganza 50 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Preganza 50 mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Preganza 50 mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Preganza 50 mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
