Description of Myocetamol Tablet

Myocetamol Tablet may be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.Using this medicine can cause some common side effects such as stomach upset, dizziness, weakness, and sleepiness. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. How to use Myocetamol Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Myocetamol Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Medicine Works

Myocetamol Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone, which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.
