Colicure 10 mg Syrup is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Colicure 10 mg Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Colicure 10 mg Syrup is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Colicure 10 mg Syrup is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Colicure 10 mg Syrup alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Colicure 10 mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Colicure 10 mg Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
