Lactihusk Granules is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon, leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume, making it softer and easier to pass out.
