Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Leekuf Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.
Leekuf Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Leekuf Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Leekuf Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
