Norstrep Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Norfloxacin and Loperamide which treat diarrhoea. Norfloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Loperamide is an opioid agonist which works by decreasing contraction of the intestines making the stools more solid and less frequent.
