Vominil 5 mg Syrup is a prokinetic. It works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Vominil 5 mg Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Vominil 5 mg Syrup is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Vominil 5 mg Syrup is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Vominil 5 mg Syrup may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.
Vominil 5 mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vominil 5 mg Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Vominil 5 mg Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vominil 5 mg Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
