Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil and Cilnidipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Taking Olmesartan with alcohol may excessively lower the blood pressure.
Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Celavi-O 10/20 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.
