Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Doxylamine and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), which treats nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy. Doxylamine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a form of vitamin B which possesses anti-nausea properties.

Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet is safe to use during pregnancy.
Adequate and well-controlled human studies have shown low or no risk.
Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Larger doses or prolonged use of Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pregnidoxin NU 10mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
