Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Tilt your head as far back as possible and hold the dropper close to the nose without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine in the nose. Bend your head forward for a few minutes.
Zoamet S Nasal Drops is a nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Zoamet S Nasal Drops is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
To reduce the amount of Zoamet S Nasal Drops that reaches the breastmilk, remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
