Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Taking Dicyclomine+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Bralspas 20mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
