Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Pregabalin, Nortriptyline and Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
As Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet may affect your alertness which may affect your ability to drive.
Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pregarich MN 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
