Acolate Saline Nasal Drops acts as a decongestant and is used to relieve nose blocks. It gives relief to the nasal and sinus congestion caused due to cold and allergies. It acts by constructing the blood vessels in the nose. It is also prescribed for congestion in the eye. It binds the alpha adrenergic receptors activating the adrenal system thus so easing the nasal congestion.
