Paradic MR Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) and two pain relieving medicines (Diclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving movement of muscles. The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Chlorzoxazone+Diclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Paradic MR Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Paradic MR Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Paradic MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Paradic MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

However, the use of Paradic MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
