Mybro-Fm Tablet is given to treat allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and nasal congestion as well as to avoid asthma. Chronic asthma is a respiratory disease that causes breathing difficulties due to inflammation and narrowing of the airways. Allergens are generally harmless compounds that trigger an immune system reaction, which results in allergies.
Acebrophylline, Montelukast, and Fexofenadine hydrochloride are combined in Mybro-Fm Tablet to treat and prevent allergic reactions, including asthma. It relieves symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion by thinning mucus, decreasing inflammation, and inhibiting histamine.

The three active components of Mybro-Fm Tablet are fexofenadine hydrochloride, montelukast, and acebrophylline. As a mucolytic, acebrophylline thins and relaxes mucus in the respiratory system. Leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast lowers mucus production and inflammation in the respiratory tract. An antihistamine called fexofenadine hydrochloride works by preventing histamine from acting, hence reducing allergy symptoms.
