Check the label for directions before use. Hold the multihaler by the base and open the mouth piece cover. Slide the knob until you a hear a click. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and breath in deeply. Remove the multihaler and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.
Seroflo 250 Multihaler is a combination of two medicines: Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid. It works by stopping the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Seroflo 250 Multihaler is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
