Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. S-Nerve Plus Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
S-Nerve Plus Capsule is a combination of five medicines: Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin, Biotin, Vitamin D3 and Lecithin. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Biotin, Vitamin D3, and Lecithin help transmit messages from nerve cells to other cells in the body. Together, they treat neuropathic pain, shingles, seizures, and fibromyalgia.

S-Nerve Plus Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
S-Nerve Plus Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
S-Nerve Plus Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of S-Nerve Plus Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
