Kalzin 6L Injection is a form of vitamin D which is used as a supplement in patients with vitamin D deficiency. The daily requirement of Vitamin D3 is 4000 IU/day. Since your diet may not be able to meet the daily requirement of Vitamin D3, therefore you may need 1000 - 3000 IU/day of supplements of Vitamin D3.
Low levels of Vitamin D3 may cause rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. Vitamin D deficiency may also increase the risk of diabetes mellitus 1, high blood pressure, depression, some cancers and osteoporosis.
